Situated in the picturesque Worcestershire countryside, Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings is surrounded by character-filled grounds and stunning wedding spaces perfect for tying the knot.
Celebrate in style
New Guesten Hall is a large and flexible space located near the museum’s entrance. Boasting a 14th-century roof that was originally part of Worcester Cathedral’s reception hall, the space has beautifully detailed Medieval carpentry and room for 120 guests for the ceremony and wedding breakfast. It can be expanded to accommodate an extra 60 loved ones for the evening reception.
Surrounding New Guesten Hall is a manicured lawn lined with trees and historical buildings, which is the ideal area for couples wanting to mingle and entertain their guests. The 19 acres of grounds provide a stunning backdrop for wedding photographs, with the Windmill, Threshing Barn, and Telephone Kiosk collections being favourites with couples.
