Accommodation is reserved exclusively for newlyweds, so pairs have complete control over who stays and in which rooms.

The on-site Italianate former Catholic Chapel provides an idyllic backdrop for civil ceremonies, with an ornately carved wood, gold leaf ceiling and seating for up to 120 guests. The Minstrel’s Gallery is ide al for musicians to play as lovebirds enter and begin their walk down the aisle. Alternatively, choose to wed in the Italian Room, complete with a crystal chandelier, an ornate ceiling and double-height sash windows – it’s the perfect choice for intimate celebrations. On sunnier days, The Portico adjoins the Italian Room, offering couples a unique ceremony option, or pairs can opt for a picturesque garden ceremony, with the beautiful manor providing the perfect backdrop for the vows.

The Banqueting Hall is the ideal setting for wedding receptions, where couples can dine in style. It has extensive views across the rolling countryside to the Draycote Water beyond and can seat up to 120 guests in a traditional banqueting style. For evening receptions, guests can enjoy cocktails in the Chandelier Bar, relax in the Lounge or dance the night away in the Draycote Bar & Disco, which has a dancefloor, a fully stocked bar and a DJ booth.

Speaking to the five couples, who have all been together longer than 10 years, communication, small gestures, and alone time were among the most common ingredients for a long-lasting relationship. All couples even unanimously agreed that farting in front of each other strengthens their relationships. Lack of communication is among the top reasons for break ups, according to experts, which is why Tom Lanaway, who has been with his partner for 11 years, claims strong communication to be the key to his strong connection.
